Drain Cleaning in Cape Coral, FL

I highly recommend this company. Richard came out on a Sunday evening with his kids in truck to look at my water heater. He was ready to install it right there. They are an exceptional company.

So glad I called this company , Terence was great and fixed my corroded shut off valves . He replaced the old ones and installed the new valves . The work was clean and very professional , I highly recommend them for any job . The price was below other estimates I received . Thanks Greg

Awesome job, highly recommend. They were very thorough. Came in and flushed my water tank. They even took care of a couple of other things free of charge. Highly recommend they were GREAT!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent plumbing company! Professional, reliable, and knowledgeable from start to finish. They provide quality workmanship, pay attention to detail, and take pride in getting the job done right. Communication was great, and the entire process was smooth and hassle-free. It’s hard to find dependable companies that truly stand behind their work. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, quality plumbing services. Definitely a five-star company!

I was in need of a water heater replacement fairly quickly. I received an initial estimate from a plumber I’ve used often, and the job was “more involved” than they expected. Their new quote was 3x higher than what I was initially quoted, so I called Terrance and explained the situation. He reviewed the estimate that same night, confirmed the size needed (and additional/more involved work) and his quote was way more reasonable. The job was done quickly and neatly! Thank you for your constant communication throughout the process and I look forward to working with you again in the future.

I had an emergency and they came out that same day and did a stellar job without the enormous cost I’m usually quoted here in Florida. The cost was appropriate for the job, and for that, I’m thankful. I will definitely call them again if needed and will recommend them highly.

Water gushing from cracked pipe. Same day service within 4 hours.

Extremely professional and does amazing quality work! Always a pleasure to deal with.

Excellent experience from start to finish! I love supporting a locally owned company, especially when the service is this good. They answered my call right away and were able to get someone out quickly. The technician Richard was super friendly, professional, and informative, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The service was fast, the workmanship was excellent, and the pricing was very fair. No surprises—just great, honest service at a reasonable price. It’s refreshing to work with a company that is responsive, knowledgeable, and truly cares about its customers. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them!

Prompt and curious service! Delivery and installation was clean and well done! Competitive pricing from clean cut gentleman! They even followed up with me the next day to make sure I was satisfied! I’m very grateful 💪👍🙏

We experienced a leak and was blessed to run across Maximized Plumbing and Drains via Facebook. It was the best decision. When I tell you Mr. Maxwell send over the most manerable service men ever in Devin. He explained what he was doing every step of the way and made the process smooth and painless. If you're looking for a great company with amazing customer service then you should definitely do business with Maximized Plumbing!

I had a leak coming through my living room wall that needed to be fixed quick and didn’t have a plumber. I posted on Facebook and had multiple recommendations for Maximized Plumbing. I contacted them late in the evening on Facebook messenger and they responded almost immediately and scheduled me for the following day. Great communication , very accurate estimate , and extremely friendly and down to earth. This is a family run business not your typical Update company with an iPad that’s paid On commission and pressuring the customer. They showed up early and got right to work . Explained everything to me as they were doing it and fixed the leak . They also cleaned up after themselves and did an awesome job. Would highly recommend!

Hello All, I highly recommend this company for their plumbing services. Getting certified plumbers, and then having quality, properly inspected work done on time, is difficult these days. The re-piping work at my house work has been done very well, with pipes routed the proper way, the walls have been nicely closed, the crew cleaned up after themselves, the inspection was smooth, and the invoicing went also through without any problem. All in all, professionalism and high quality are at home with this company. Highly recommended and will use their services in the future.

We had a wonderful experience with Terrence and his team ! Thank you 😊 Diane Wolfe

Professional and responds quickly when needed. Does great work. Will definitely use again in the future!

Terence is very genuine and competent in what he does. Would highly recommend.

Just wanted to give a shout out to a very reputable company that came highly recommended and even though there were multiple obstacles that were out of their control they did a wonderful job and proved to both my husband and I that they were the right company for the job. And we would highly recommend them.

The best part is that you don't have to do anything—they handle everything. I recommend them 100%; they are the best and completely reliable

The employees were amazing to work with and they squeezed our job in quickly. The communication was outstanding and their prices are the best in town. I highly recommend them!

I highly recommend Maximized Plumbing & Drains and the company's owner Terrence, as well as all his workmen. They connected my city water and sewer, as well as installing a new hot water heater. All work was very reasonably priced, good quality, and handled professionally and courteously. During our first conversation, Terrence was courteous and informative. He thoroughly explained the process, the steps required by the city, as well as the specific work he and his company would provide. He then clearly explained the total price and when that amount would be due. During the work phase, I would sometimes have questions, and I would text or call Terrence, and he always responded by answering my call or text right then, or, if unavailable at that time, he would always respond in a reasonable time during that same day. I am so glad that this company was recommended to me by another satisfied client. So if you're looking for a company that does quality work, on time, with courtesy and professionalism, at a reasonable, affordable price, I strongly recommend Maximum Plumbing and Drains.
