Hello All, I highly recommend this company for their plumbing services. Getting certified plumbers, and then having quality, properly inspected work done on time, is difficult these days. The re-piping work at my house work has been done very well, with pipes routed the proper way, the walls have been nicely closed, the crew cleaned up after themselves, the inspection was smooth, and the invoicing went also through without any problem. All in all, professionalism and high quality are at home with this company. Highly recommended and will use their services in the future.

I found Terence/Maximized on a local FB group and hired him to do the UEP irrigation & sewer connections at my home. I was pleased with every aspect of my experience with him. His prices were fair, and all of his work passed inspections with flying colors. Most importantly, and what I appreciated most, was his responsiveness to my communications. He didn’t make me wait to hear from him, which is such a huge thing for any customer. And he explained the process to me clearly (i.e. the work, inspections, site restoration, timelines, etc.). Finding a reliable contractor can be challenging, but Terrence at Maximized Plumbing and Drains has earned a customer for life. Our working relationship started with the Cape Coral city-mandated utility connections. It was a multi-part process, beginning with the initial water line installation. While we were waiting on the city to advance the project, I called Terrence back to handle a separate issue by repairing my hot water heater elements and installing a backflow safety check valve. About a week after that was completed, they secured the city permit for the sewer line and got straight to work finishing the utilities hookup. Terrence approached both jobs with enthusiasm, great communication, and an unbelievably reasonable price. What impressed me most, however, was his commitment to accountability. During the sewer line installation, a piece of my landscape curbing was accidentally damaged. Terrence took immediate ownership of the mistake. Called Maximized plumbing, they took the information and the tech Terence called within minutes. Had a clogged kitchen sink, down closer to the main. He was clearing the drain within 40 minutes. This is a family run business not your typical Update company with an iPad that’s paid On commission and pressuring the customer. They showed up early and got right to work . Terence and his crew just finished our water hook up, irrigation and sewer. Due to unforeseen circumstances the project took a little more time than we expected but it passed all inspections and it was completed as promised. Terence heard our concerns and followed through to make sure we were satisfied. He will be coming back to install our water filter system in two weeks.

Terrence was brought in by my contractor to re-do the plumbing in two bathrooms and a laundry room that were being renovated. I dropped by a few times while he was working, and he was very attentive to any questions I had, as well as keeping a neat work space, and cleaing up afterwards.
